By accessing or subscribing to The DipScout (thedipscout.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

The DipScout is an educational newsletter that provides general market commentary, stock watchlist information, and financial education content. The DipScout is published by an individual investor based in Palm Bay, Florida.

The DipScout offers two subscription tiers:

• Free tier: Daily email containing one dip signal with general market context. Delivered every weekday at 7 AM ET.
• Scout Pro ($19/month): Full watchlist access across 75+ tickers, specific entry zone commentary, complete daily scan results, and extended market analysis.

3. Not Financial Advice — Important Disclaimer

THE CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE DIPSCOUT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE OF ANY KIND.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The DipScout is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner under any federal or state law.
• Nothing in any DipScout communication constitutes a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
• All content represents the personal opinions and general educational commentary of the publisher.
• Past performance of any securities mentioned does not guarantee or predict future results.
• Investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss. You could lose some or all of your investment.
• The publisher may hold positions in securities mentioned, which creates a potential conflict of interest.

You agree you will not rely on DipScout content as the sole basis for any investment decision, and that you will conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Publisher's Exclusion

The DipScout operates as a bona fide publisher of general financial information pursuant to the publisher's exclusion under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Our newsletter is a general publication not directed to specific individuals based on their particular financial situations. All subscribers receive the same content.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Free subscriptions are provided at no charge and may be cancelled at any time by either party.
• Scout Pro subscriptions are billed at $19.00 per month via Stripe on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your Scout Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing Subscribers@TheDipScout.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
• The DipScout reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute DipScout content without written permission
• Share paid subscription content with non-subscribers
• Use DipScout content to promote any financial product or service without written authorization
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All DipScout content — including but not limited to newsletter text, website design, graphics, and branding — is owned by The DipScout and protected by applicable copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DIPSCOUT AND ITS PUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT RETURNS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The DipScout and its publisher from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or any investment decisions you make based on our content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
